Gbolabo Dare Ogungbile is a PRINCE2-certified Project Manager with over five years of experience delivering complex programmes across the public health and digital sectors.
Educated at Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria and the University of Essex — where he holds a postgraduate degree in Global Public Health — Gbolabo brings a rare combination of analytical rigour and project delivery expertise to everything he builds.
He founded Ascevio after recognising a gap that too many talented professionals fall into: the skills, the drive, and the discipline exist, but a clear, credible pathway into tech and project management does not. Ascevio is his answer to that.
Olayinka
Oginni
Olayinka (Yinka) Oginni is a technology strategist and digital transformation specialist with over 13 years of experience building platforms, systems, and data-driven solutions across financial services, telecoms, and the tech sector.
A certified technology professional holding ITIL, MCPD, OCJP, CISA, CISM, and CRISC designations, Yinka has spent his career at the intersection of technology and business — designing systems that work in the real world, not just on paper. He founded Bravehat Consulting Limited to channel that expertise into building purposeful digital products for ambitious clients across the UK and Europe.
He joined forces with Gbolabo on Ascevio after recognising a shared conviction: that too many capable professionals are locked out of the tech industry not by ability, but by the absence of a trusted, well-designed gateway into it.
Yinka leads the technology vision for Ascevio — from platform architecture and user experience through to the data infrastructure that will power the platform as it scales.
