Built from a gap nobody was filling
The problem we saw
Across the UK, thousands of professionals in healthcare, education, and administration are watching the tech industry grow — knowing their analytical minds, project experience, and people skills are exactly what employers need — but finding no clear, accessible route in.
Generic job boards overwhelm. Training providers fragment. And the advice available is rarely tailored to someone making a meaningful career change from a non-tech background.
The answer we built
Ascevio was founded by Gbolabo Dare Ogungbile — a PRINCE2-certified Project Manager who made his own journey from the public health sector into digital project delivery and saw the gap firsthand.
Partnering with technology specialist Yinka Oginni of Bravehat Consulting, Ascevio was built as a platform that treats career changers as the capable, credible professionals they already are — and gives them the tools to make the leap.
